一、教材内容分析
本单元的中心话题是“谈论个人的喜好，以及对某事物的看法和意见”，具体涉及电视节目，时尚流行，以及学生围绕电视节目和时尚视频谈论不同程度的喜好，并发表见解。语言技能和语言知识集合都是围绕“喜好”这一中心话题设计的。Section A 所呈现的是各类电视节目以及与此相关的基本语言知识点的初步运用并会发表见解。Section B 具体让学生对各类电视节目进行评价, 是在Section A基础上的拓展，主要是语言的学习、运用和巩固阶段。

四、学习者特征分析
本单元的主题是以电视节目为载体，谈论个人喜好。学生在这方面有一定的生活经历和认识，对动词不定式的用法以前也或多或少有一些了解，大多数学生应该愿意运用所学知识表达自己对电视节目的意见和看法，但也有部分学生可能因基础较差，不敢开口说英语，不愿与其他同学交流。并且，部分电视节目的英语名称和用来做评价的形容词等有一定难度，不易记忆，可能会影响口语交流和表达。
