①There are lots of important festivals in China. The most important one is Spring Festival.
②Spring Festival, which often falls in January or in February, has the special meaning to everyone in China. It is a special time for families to get together to welcome the coming Chinese New Year. No matter how far we are away from our home towns, all of us try to return home to spend the festival with families and friends. We wish to have good luck and have a new start. Reunion, love and wishes are the true meaning of the festival.

③We celebrate the festival with lots of activities. The most important one is our traditional dinner on Chinese New Year’s Eve. There are lots of important festivals in China. The most important one is Mid-Autumn Festival.
Mid-Autumn Festival, which is celebrated on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month, has the special meaning to everyone in China. It is the symbol of the reunion. So all of us will try to go back home to stay with our families and friends. It is a good time for us to get together and talk with each other.
We usually celebrate the festival with some interesting
activities. Before the festival, we light and hang up the lanterns and prepare for the traditional dinner, which is the most wonderful. The traditional food eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival is the mooncake which is round and means reunion. Gathering with families, eating mooncakes, and enjoying the fullest and brightest moon show that it is a grand time for family reunions. What’s more, we give Wechat red envelopes, which is a new way of celebration. Last, most of us will go for a short trip during the 3-day public holiday. People all over China feel warm, happy and peaceful during the festival.
All in all, Mid-Autumn Festival is full of joy, happiness and love. We Chinese always enjoy the wonderful time.
