一、学生分析 1. 本课的教学对象是小学三年级学生,他们已经学习两年的初级英语,已具有一定的听说能力。2、能够在图片、手势或图像的帮助下听懂英语课堂活动中的指令,开展学习活动和游戏。3、学生学习英语兴趣浓,参与课堂活动积极性高,富有想象力和创造力。4、有一定的自主学习能力和小组合作学习能力。
二、教材分析 1. 本课时内容是本教材Unit 8 的第一课时。主要话题是“运动”Sports,这个主题非常贴近学生生活,而且很适合三年级学生好动的年龄特点。2.本单元学有关球类运动名称和 句型Do you like … ,出现很多动词短语,因此可在课堂中创设情境,采用边呈现句型边解决重难点的方法,让学生在情景中学习语言,还可以设置TPR游戏,帮助学生理解与记忆语言知识。
三、教学目标 1.语言知识:学生掌握各种球类运动basketball,football, tennis, ping-pong, soccer, baseball 的英语表达方法,同时掌握询问别人是否也喜欢运动的英语表达。2. 语言技能:通过本课的学习,学生能运用“ Do you like +球类 ”来询问是否喜欢某种运动,并能正确回答Yes, I do.\No, I don’t.同时能用“ I like….介绍自己喜欢的运动,培养语言交际能力。3. 情感态度:培养学生勇于开口,乐于合作,热爱运动的情感。鼓励学生积极参与课堂教学活动,增强学生热爱学习英语的兴趣。4. 学习策略:小组合作,共同完成学习任务,主动运用所学英语进行交流表达。5. 文化意识目标:了解各种球类运动,热爱体育运动,热爱生活,追求健康。

五、教学过程 Ⅰ.Warm up.1.Greeting. Hello, boys and girls. How are you What’s your name What do you like Can you run (目的:通过师生间的问答,激发学生的学习兴趣,拉近师生的距离。)2. Doing exercise. Sing and do the actions.(目的:通过学生熟悉的兔子舞进行热身,既活跃气氛,缓解学生的紧张情绪,还将学生的注意力集中到今天要学习的主题“运动”来。)Ⅱ.Presentation and practice.Lead in. Show a video about “Sport”.Read the title.Learn the new words.(1) Show a picture of “Hengda Soccer Club won the soccer match”. Then teach the word “soccer”.(目的:用“恒大足球亚冠夺冠”主题导入新单词“足球”,并对学生进行爱国主义教育。)(2) Listen carefully to the sound and guess the word “ping-pong”.(目的:通过让学生听音猜出单词“乒乓球”,向学生展示乒乓球作为我国国球的自豪感。)(3) Talk with Li Na and learn the new word “tennis”. (4) Introduce some sport stars. A.Talk with Yao Ming and learn the new word basketball.B. Watch a video of Yao Ming and teach the word “basketball”.(目的:通过展示我国足球、乒乓球和网球著名运动员的风采,让学生学有榜样,并通过姚明的篮球比赛视频引出新单词的学习。)(5) Watch a video of baseball and teach the word “baseball”.(目的:通过视频将学生陌生的棒球运动展示直观形象地在学生眼前,让学生对此项运动有了进一步的了解。)(6) Review the word “baseball” and change “base” into “foot”, then teach word “football”.(目的:通过复习单词baseball,以旧带新,学习单词football。)Sum up.
