【导入】Free talk  and  Let`s sing
1、Free talk
Hello,boys and girls!I am very happy to happy to have English class in such a beautiful classroom. Are you happy ( Yes!)

Today We’ll go on to learn Unit 2 “ways to go to school”.

【讲授】Presentation
Step1: 重难点突破
1:Take the No.57 bus.
出示a picture of Gongqing Train Station.
Question:How can I get there
I go there by bus.
Which bus No. 1 bus or No.2 bus
No.2 bus.
Yes , we can take the No.2 bus.
过渡语:Wu Binbin’s grandpa is ill. Now Wu Binbin want to go to the hospital and visit his grandpa. Look, he is on the street. Who does he meet How can Wu Binbin get to the hospital
Mr Jones. Take the No. 57 bus to the hospital.
设计意图:从坐公交去火车站引出举行Take the No. ___ bus.从而顺利实行与go by bus 的转变。紧接着解释课本的重难点句子:Take the No.57 bus over there.
2:突破难点句型Pay attention to the traffic lights.
过渡语:We can go to Gongqing Train Station by bus. How about Tianhong How can I get there
过渡语:May be we can go on foot, by car or by bus. But I want to get there by bike.
What should I pay attention to on the road
Keep to the right.
Traffic lights.
设计意图:由交通常识引出课本知识的难点:pay attention to 与 traffic lights.
3:Don’t go at the red light与 must
过渡语:When we meet different lights, we should do different things. Look and say:
过渡语: From these sentences, we can see a same word “must”.
设计意图:讲解交通灯的通行规则,让学生们自觉遵守。并且引出情态动词must 的讲解,从而解决了本课的一个重点。
Step 2:讲解课文
1:Listen and find :
过渡语:What should we pay attention to about riding a bike (骑自行车)in the USA (播放Let’s talk 录音)
引出 the difference between China and the USA .
重点教学:Helmet
设计意图:突出中外文化差异
2:Listen and repeat
学生跟读课文,并且分角色朗读,男女生读,师生朗读
设计意图:多读才能培养学生的语感,语音,语调等方面的能力.
【活动】Let`s  act  it  out
Ask two groups of students to the blackboard and act the dialogue out.
设计意图:充分挖掘学优生的学习潜力,起到一个很好的榜样作用。
