Let’s see what the people do at Halloween together.每年10月31日是西方的鬼节——万圣节。每当万圣节到来,孩子们会穿上五颜六色的化妆服,带上千奇百怪的面具,提上“杰克灯”,挨家挨户的敲门吓人!门一打开“小鬼”们会做出吓人的表情并说:trick or treat(不给糖,就捣蛋)!Step 3 Presentation1. 这节课的主题是Halloween,属于西方传统节日,通过学生和教材的分析,在教授today is Halloween. 这篇文章时,注意突出了以下几点:1、突出重点,攻破难点:本节课的重点为动词词组,因此我设计了很多对于这些词或短语的巩固性练习。从听说读写四个方面全面培养锻炼学生英语学习能力,提高英语水平。2、紧扣教材,层层深入:我从中国传统节日中秋节导入,学习万圣节的各项活动。以旧知带新知,从四季的复习入手,复习了autumn的同时也学习了festival这一生词。紧扣教材,问题设置从yes or no questions 到T or F,再到最后的完成文段,坚持由易到难,逐步提高学生的学习积极性和自信心。3、创新竞争机制,提高学习积极性本节课我采用小组比赛的方式,对于回答问题主动或正确的学生以奖励,课前就在黑板上画好一根南瓜藤,小组比赛每回答正确一个问题就加上一笔,在回答问题的过程中充分调动了学生的积极性和好奇心,最终pumpkin的出现也令学生十分欣喜。无形之中便让学生在头脑中将万圣节和南瓜联系到了一起。
