1.重点：单词、句子的听、说、读、写。 2.难点：学生自己写一写邀请卡。
教 学 过 程
Step1 Warming up. 1. Listen a song “You know up to June.” (9册Module 4 Unit 2) (Sing and do the actions.) 2. 火眼金睛。看屏幕，快速说单词。 Step 2 Lead in 用“What’s the date ”“What day is today ”“What are you going to do ”“What are theygoing to do ”等问句做自由对话,通过对话,进一步复习巩固月份日期的说法。 Step 3 Presentation 1. S1: What are you going to do T: I’m going to Amy’s birthday party. Look it’s an invitation to her birthday party. 通过对话，导出本单元要讲授的课文。 出示Amy的生日邀请卡，听录音，回答问题: How old is Amy going to (Amy is going to be 11.) 2. 听录音，回答问题。 Where is Amy going to have a party What time is the party going to start What time is the party going to end What's the date 3. 播放CD-ROM，讲授课文内容 4. Listen and repeat. 老师再放录音（CD-ROM），请学生逐句跟读，模仿录音中的发音。5. Retell the passage. 提示： is going to be . Please come to party. At: Road, London. From: . To: . Please reply. Step 4 Practice. 1.替换练习。I’m going to be 11. 2.Survey. 巩固练习本课的重点句。四人一个小组，调查一下自己小组的成员周末都将做什么？ A: Tomorrow is Saturday. What are you going to do at 9 B: I’m going to… 3.Listen and write. （1）听一听，填空。小组进行讨论，确定空白处应填写的内容。接下来，老师放录音，学生检查填写的是否正确，同时把错误的地方改过来。 （2）请学生分角色朗读对话。 4. 本课时充分利用图片教授新单词和句型；通过学习与操练，让学生熟练运用本课时所学知识。在操练过程中，着重进行小组练习，讨论如何写邀请函，这样让学生在真实的语言环境中体会语言、运用语言，感受语言的真实价值，从而获得运用语言的实际能力，并积极主动地用英语进行交流。
