Step 1. Warming-up and lead-in
Show an English song to students and let them sing together.

T: Great! Can you tell me the fruit name you hear
Ss: Apple
T: Excellent
T: Do you like apples
Ss: Yes, I do/ No, I don’t
Step 2. Presentation and practice
1、In this procedure, students will learn the names of some food ,vegetables and fruit. And learn to talk about the food , vegetables and fruit they know. The teacher show some pictures about the food vegetables and fruit .
T: Now, let’s learn Unit 6 Do you like bananas
T: Class, look at the whiteboard

2、Let students look at the board, telling them what kinds of food are countable noun and uncountable noun. And practice I like …/ I don’t like…/ He /She likes … /He/ She doesn’t like …/ They like…/ They don’t like…

Step 3. Listening 1b
1.Now please read the conversations in 1b, then listen to the recorder carefully, and number the conversations (1-3).
