1.知识目标:学生能正确理解关于保持身体健康为主题的文本大意。
2.技能目标:学生能在阅读中提高阅读技能,如速读、跳读能力。
3.情感目标:学生能懂得保持身体健康的三大要素--健康的饮食、良好的习惯、适量的运动,并能为保持身体健康提出建议。

1、学生能正确理解文本大意,懂得保持身体健康的三大要素。
2、难点:学生能用保持身体健康的三大要素为保持身体健康提出建议。
3、Teaching Procedures 教学过程
1、Pre-reading读前(5m)
a.Watch and say
(1)The teacher shows what makes her life healthy.
(2)Let students talk about their opinions.
b.Watch and guess看看猜猜
Show the picture of the passage, without covering the photos of Yao Ming and Deng Yaping. Let students guess the main idea of the passage.
2、While-reading读中
a.First Reading and answer第一读并回答问题(文本大意)
What is this passage talking about
A. Eating healthy B. Doing sports C. Keeping healthy(=fit).
b.Second Reading and fill in the blank第二读并完成表格
细读找出姚明和邓亚萍保持身体健康的原因,完善表格。
Reasons First Second
Yao Ming Plays Eats
Deng Yaping Does a lot of Eats
完成表格后总结出保持身体健康的两大原因:exercise, healthy food
c.Third Reading and answer第三读并回答问题
跳读找出保持身体健康的第三个原因:good habit
d.Fourth Reading and Judge第四读并判断对错
