Help yourself. 随便吃吧。
这是一句用作招呼客人吃东西时的客套话，意为“请随便吃；请吃，别客气。”当客人是一个人时，可以说”Help yourself.”，当客人有两个或两个以上时，可以说”Help yourselves.”，意为“你们随便吃吧”。
一般回答Thank you.（谢谢）。

反身代词

主语＋can＋动词原形，意为”某人能/会做……”。
