how often 多久一次
e.g. —How often do you read books 你多久看一次书？
—Every day. 每天都看。
how often 常对every day, always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, never, once a week, twice a month 等表示频率的副词或短语进行提问。
② exercise /'eks sa z/ v. 运动；锻炼 n. 运动；锻炼；练习题
e.g. My grandpa exercises every day. 我爷爷每天都运动。
Most people need to do more exercise.
大多数人需要多锻炼。

③ What do you usually do on weekends
on weekends 在周末
e.g. I usually visit my grandparents on weekends.
我周末通常看望爷爷奶奶。
辨析：on weekends 与 on the weekend
on weekends on weekends 指在星期六和星期天，也可以用 at weekends, 泛指每个周末。
on the weekend on/at the weekend 意为“周末；在这个周末”，可表示特指。
④ help with housework
help v. 帮助
常用搭配：
（1） help sb. with sth. 意为“在某方面帮助（某人）”。
e.g. Can you help me with my English
你能帮我学英语吗？
（2）help sb. (to) do sth. 意为“帮助某人做某事”，其中to 可以省略。
e.g. My brother often helps me (to) do my homework.
我哥哥经常帮我做家庭作业。
辨析：sometimes, some times, some time 与 sometime
sometimes 有时 adv. 表示事情发生的频率，提问用how often
some times 几次/ 倍 名词短语 表示次/ 倍数，提问用how many times
sometime 某个时候 adv. 指将来或过去不确定的时间，提问用when
some time 一段时间 名词短语 提问用 how long
⑤ sometimes /'s mta mz/ adv. 有时
⑥ hardly ever 几乎从不
e.g. She hardly ever calls me. 她几乎从不给我打电话。
hardly 本身表示否定含义，不能再与否定词连用。
hardly ever 表示频率，其表达的含义与 seldom或 almost never 相近。常位于实义动词之前，系动词、助动词、情态动词之后。
hardly 副词，意为“几乎不；简直不”，表示否定意义。
hard 作副词，意为“努力地；猛烈地”；作形容词，意为“困难的；坚硬的”。
辨析：hardly 与hard
e.g. It rained hard last night. 昨天晚上雨下得很大。
I can hardly keep my eyes open. 我困得都快睁不开眼了。
once 一次
twice 两次
three times 三次
many times 许多次
⑦ 具体次数的表达：
表达次数很容易，once, twice 单独记，
三次以上有规律，基数词后加times 就可以。
