Topic Module 7 Unit 1 I was born in a small village.
Teaching material The theme of Module 7 is My past life. In this module, students need to acquire and describe some information about past life from listening and reading. Through language points learning, they will grasp the structure of simple past tense. After that, they are able to use “be” in the simple past tense to talk about past life and ask others’ past.
Learning condition For students in Class 10 Grade 7, they are not very familiar with the grammar about some simple past tense and irregular verbs. Students may know how to change verbs into simple past tense, but may not know irregular verbs, then the teacher should add these words learning to teaching plan to set the foundation.

The second time is to let students to find the specific information through listening, and then try to finish the tables and underline the correct answers. The third time is to make students to familiar with the passage and try to read it correctly by following the tape. Then the teacher organize students to read in group and encourage them to act it out through role play. Post-listening Step 7 Practise1.When we talk about the past life, we usually talk about these:2.Cooperation with others: In this part, students are able to read the passage. Then the teacher can present some language points to make students to understand the passage deeply.
