3.讨论电视节目,了解掌握不定式,以及不定式做宾语的用法。

从情境创设和情感铺垫导入。以小视频作为本课线索,通过不同情境的设置在操练语法的同时,引导学生感受电视节目的趣味,学会放松自己,合理规划自己的时间。

II.学情分析
听课学生为初二年级学生,学生通过本单元前几课听说阅读的学习和训练,已经积累了讨论电视节目的句子,可以通过情境的引导让他们活学活用,在任务的指导下通过观察和分析总结不定式的结构与用法。因此,教师通过创设情境激发学生学习兴趣,通过眼看,耳听,口动,手动,参与学习过程并形成清晰的知识脉络体系。

(1)句子的理解

IV.教学过程
Step1. Preparation
Watch the video designed by Focusky and ask :
T: What is my (Ms Meng’s) favorite TV show
S: She loves news , soap operas sitcoms and talk shows….
T: I love soap operas because I want to know the story and see what happens next. I love talk shows because I expect to learn a lot from them.
设计意图:通过使用Focusky软件制作自我介绍导入新课,复习旧知,引出happen、follow、expect等生词,设计新颖、生动有趣、亲近生活,符合学生心理,大大激发学生兴趣。
核心素养提升点:利用现代信息技术,以及各种教学手段,巩固旧知,让学生乐学善学。
Step2. Practice
1. Ask and answer
Show the picture on the screen and ask:

2. Read and match
Read 2d on page34 and match them.
Grace game shows and sports shows
Sarah soap operas
Grace’s classmates news and talk shows
3. Practice in pairs
Practice 2d, then act out with the covers on some keys and phrases.
4. Brainstorm
Ask students one by one : What TV shows have you have ever watched before
Then summarize like this:
设计意图:通过图片自然引出Grace 、Sarah及生词discussion。师生操练、生生操练,生生表演校本教材中对话,熟练关键句型和词汇。使用方框遮盖重要内容,构建学生与文本之间的信息沟。通过头脑风暴活动,激活学生大脑,促进学生记忆,提高课堂学习效率。

Step3 Grammar focus
1. Watch the first video about the news of “Yanling yellow peach”. Then ask and answer:
Do you want to watch the news Yes,I do./No,I don't.
Do you like eating yellow peach Because it is sweet.
2. Watch the second video about “ talk show” , and review:
What can you expect to learn from it
You can learn some jokes(笑话)

设计意图:很多学生不喜欢看新闻,但是作为边缘山区炎陵人,在英语课堂上看到畅销国内外炎陵黄桃视频,自然也会爱上这个“news”,在真实场景中巩固了句型“Do you like… ”通过播放全国游泳冠军傅园惠视频,让学生在轻松快乐的氛围中复习了“expect”,学会了“joke”,巩固了重要句型。
核心素养提升点:积极运用搜集具有本土性、趣味性、时代性的视频学习新知,让学生用英语表达身边人、身边事、身边物,避免学生用英语讲述中国文化和本土文化时无话可说的局面,培养了学生语言运用能力、思维能力、跨文化意识等,让学科核心素养进教材、进课堂。
Step4 Consolidation
1.挑战九宫格,巩固语法。让学生看Grammar focus ,完成九宫格内的句子翻译。
2. 不定式。
⑴观察:在PPT上展示部分句子,引导学生观察,找出相似部分-不定式。找到grammar focus的动词不定式,问:
Can you find some similarities of the words in red
(找红色字体共同点)
⑵总结:教师展示幻灯片,让学生通过例句及讲解,讨论总结不定式的的概念及结构,强化对于不定式做宾语的认识。
⑶Listen, follow and sing
将动词不定式编成顺口溜,并配上音乐录制成音频,让学生跟唱。
⑷生生互学,完成不定式单选。
设计意图:设计“挑战九宫格”游戏,复习了Grammar focus,改进检查学习效果的方式,大大提高学生主动参与度。语法学习采用“先学后教”方式,让学生观察、比较、发现、总结动词不定式特点和规律。再通过播放自编自制的配乐音频,学生在唱歌中学会难记的语法点,让学生爱上语法学习。
核心素养提升点:在英语教学中,利用已有的知识,观察、发现、比较和表达英语规律,总结中、英文之间表达规律,培养了学生的观察能力和良好的思维品质。
