学会描述事物的制作过程。

学生阅读及写作能力的培养。
教学步骤
Step 1 warm up
1. Greet the students.
2. Show some words about food on the screen to revise some words we’ve learned.
Step 2 lead-in
Show a bowl of rice noodles on the screen.
T: What are these
Ss: They are rice noodles.
T: Yes, you are right. They are rice noodles. Many people like to eat noodles especially Yunnan rice noodles .Do you know how to make a bowl of Yunnan rice noodles Here it is! Turn to page 63 please.
Step 3 3a
1. Have students look at 3a.Read the recipe and fill in the blanks with the words in the box.
2. Ask a student about the answer and check it.
3. Show the procedures of making rice noodles on the screen and students describe the process together.
4. Students practice describing the process in pairs.
5. Then ask a few students to tell us how to make Yunnan rice noodles.
Step 4 3b、3c
1. Ask students to think of a favorite food in our hometown and make a list of ingredients in 3b.
The teacher walks around and offers help if it’s necessary
2. Then have students write a recipe for their favorite food in 3c.
3. Have some students share their recipe and see which recipe students like most.
4. Interview a few students about their favorite recipe and why they like it best.
Step 5 Selfcheck
1. Students finish Exercise 1、2 alone.
2. Ask some students to share their answers and check the answers.
Step 6 Summary
Today we’ve learned how to make Yunnan rice noodles and how to write a recipe for our favorite food.
