In the history of the United States, Clara Barton was a big name. She spent her life caring for others. Thanks to her, the American Red Cross was born.
Clara Barton was born on December 25, 1821 in Massachusetts, USA. When she was young, she was very shy. One day when she was 10 years old, her older brother, David, got seriously injured (受伤的).
