（1）表示时间的某一点，某一时刻或者年龄等的时候，用at。如：
I get up at six in the morning.
我早上六点钟起床。
（2）泛指一般意义的上午，下午或晚上以及月或年等较长的时间的时候，一般用in。如：
We watch TV in the afternoon.
我们在下午看电视。

一年中有四个季节。
(3)若表示星期几或者某一特定的日期时，则用on。 如：
I go to school on Friday.我星期五去上学。
2.表示地点，场所，位置等，注意以下用法：(1)表示某一点位置，用at。如：
I stay at home on Sunday.
The hospital is at the end of the stress.
医院在街的尽头。
(2)表示空间或范围，用in。如：
What‘s in the box？这盒子里有什么？
He lives in Beijing with his brother.他和哥哥住在北京。
但有时at和in两者可以换用，如：
in the hotel at the hotel.
区别at和in
at 用于较小的地方，而in用于指较大的地方。如：
in shanghai在上海 at the bus station在车站
（3）介词on用于地点，主要指在某物的表面。如：
