一、 背景

二、教材分析
1）本课在教材中的地位及作用：本单元主要围谈论过去和现在对比利用used to用法展开多种教学活动.懂得讨论和比较不同的东西和事物.本堂课是堂阅读课,它通过单词的学习,短语的学习，进一步提高学生听、说、读、写四个方面的综合素质能力.
2）教学目标：
1.Master the key words and phrases.
2.Learn to how to discuss and compare different things
3）教学重难点：
1.Words and expressions in this unit .
2.Can talk about things and have a writingby using target language
3.Master the grammar of “use to do”
4）情感目标：
1.Encourage student to communicate with others .
2.To cultivate students' listening speaking reading and writing abilities.
5）教学准备： a tape recorder , PPT, multi-player.
三、教学方法
用计算机辅助教学，以任务型教学法为主体，以小组活动，两人协作为依托。以听力、口头练习和笔头练习为载体开展教学。如果非条件允许可以借助多媒体辅助教学：形象、生动，使课堂容量相对增加，给学生提供更多的语言实践机会，有利于综合语言运用能力的提高。
