一、教学目标
1. 能够听说认读词汇：e-friend, country, other, hobby, Australia, the UK, The US, Canada。
2. 能运用句型“Would you like to … I’d like to …”询问和表达愿望。
运用英语知识结识外国笔友，体会用英语交流的乐趣。

重点：

句型：Would you like to .../I’d like to ...
难点: 运用所学词汇和句型谈论外国笔友。

I. Warm-up

教师引导学生参考教师对朋友的描述和以下问题来谈论自己的朋友。

...
设计意图：帮助学生运用所学过的知识谈论自己的朋友，为引出本课话题做铺垫。
II. Presentation
1. Look and learn
教师扮演一个六年级的学生，向学生们介绍自己的朋友：
This is my e-friend.
His name is Peter.
He likes swimming.
We both like playing football.
We have the same hobby.
He is tall and from England.
We like each other.
设计意图：图片与单词、句子相结合，帮助学生熟记单词和短语并体会其在句中的用法。为引出下一个活动做出铺垫。
2. Listen and answer
教师让学生听并回答问题。
设计意图：通过听让学生了解文章大意并回答问题。培养学生在听的过程中抓取文章细节的能力。
3. Read and choose
PPT呈现三个选择题，让学生读完文章后进行选择。
设计意图：进一步巩固学生对文本内容的理解和掌握。
4. Read and match
课件呈现如下内容；

教师引导学生连线匹配。
设计意图：引导学生进一步理解课文。
5. Read and judge
课件出示如下内容：
（1）Miss Guo has some e-friends in different countries. ( )
（2）Jill doesn’t have any e-friends in other countries. ( )
（3）Kitty doesn’t have any e-friends in other countries. ( )
（4）Joe has an e-friend in the US.
学生阅读教材，然后判断对错。

教师让学生进行角色扮演。

课件出示澳大利亚、美国、英国、和加拿大的国旗，引导学生学习这几个国家的英文名称：

设计意图：通过相应的图片内容来帮助学生了解澳大利亚，美国，英国和加拿大，掌握这几个国家的英文名称。

教师让学生根据例句和给出的图片进行句子练习。
设计意图：为下一步介绍自己的朋友国家作铺垫。

教师提供例句和图片进行句型操练。
设计意图：进一步巩固本节课重点句型。
5. Role play
课件呈现图片和语言提示：

—How about your e-friend ...
请学生根据图片和语言提示，仿照例文，两人一组完成对话。
设计意图：加深学生对句型would like to...的运用和理解。
