一、教学目标
1. 能体会字母th的发音θ, ,f,ff的发音f,v的发音v。
2. 能掌握字母f,ff,v,th在单词中的发音规律。
3. 巩固复习本单元重点词汇和句型。
4. 进一步帮助学生培养学生爱家人,真诚对待朋友,喜欢和朋友交往的积极情感。

I. Warm-up

课件呈现图片和如下内容:

教师引导学生两人一组,一问一答,根据语言提示,依据实际情况,完成对话。
设计意图:巩固复习本单元的重点词汇和句型,培养学生的合作能力和语言交际能力。

课件出示如下内容:

教师引导学生阅读电子邮件,填出缺失的单词或者短语。

II. Presentation
1. Look and listen
课件出示图片和如下内容:
Jeff is David’s e-friend. He is eleven years old. He is very thin. He lives in Canada. He likes playing football. David likes playing football, too. They are football fans. I think they often talk about football. I love them. I would like to play with them.
教师向学生讲述David 和他的网友Jeff的情况。提醒学生注意f,ff,v,th的发音。
设计意图:进一步巩固本单元的重点词汇和句型,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生喜欢和朋友交往的积极情感,为下面的活动作好铺垫。
2. Read and discuss
(1)T: Put the words into two groups according to the pronunciation.

IV. Production
Story time
课件出示图片和以下内容:
Arther and David are brothers. They live in a village of Liverpool with their mother and their father. There is a river beside the village. Their father and their mother love them very much. They also love each other. They often play with them.
David is five years old. He is very clever. But he is very thin. He should eat more food.
Arther is fat. He likes fishing in the river.
People in the village think that Arther is very helpful.
One day, a driver drove the van into the river. Arther saved the driver.
Look, he is on the roof now.
教师向学生朗读故事,提醒学生注意字母f, ff, v和字母组合th的发音规律。学生模仿老师。通过集体,分组等形式高声朗读。
设计意图:通过听读小故事,提升学生的学习兴趣,再次帮助学生熟练掌握字母 f,ff,v和字母组合th的发音规律。
V. Summary
课件出示如下内容:
