如何写指导性说明文

指导性说明文旨在为读者提供解决问题的方法及具体的操作步骤，是一种实用性很强的文体。这类写作的特点是：目的明确、步骤清晰、操作性强。在写指导性说明文时要注意以下几个方面：
（1）正确运用时态。说明文的时态常用一般现在时。
（2）突出写作重点。在写作时，要抓住写作对象的本质特征，做到“突出重点”。
（3）优化文章结构。可采用“总—分”“总—分—总”等结构以使文章层次分明、条理清晰。如在文章开头先对需要说明的对象作总体介绍，然后对解决问题的方法进行具体阐述。
（4）体现文体特点。说明文的语言要简洁、准确而且有逻辑性。在写作中可适当穿插一些祈使句、省略句等句式结构。
下列这些表达可以使你的说明更有条理：

A nosebleed is a small problem that often happens in our daily life, so knowing how to deal with it is necessary. Now we are going to learn something about what we should do to stop the bleeding.
First of all, you should never lie down. Sit or stand, or the blood may lead to asphyxia. Then, pinch both sides of your nose with your thumb and forefinger and breathe through your mouth. Meanwhile, put a cold towel on your forehead for 10 to 30 minutes. All the above are my suggestions. Keep them in mind and they may help you someday.
