一、教学目标
1. 学生能够读懂并理解和欣赏故事，抓住故事关键信息，了解故事大意，理清故事发展顺序和内在逻辑，同时领会每个人都有自己的优点和长处，要学会互帮互助。
2. 学生能够正确辨识、认读字母i的发音，并能自行拼读相关单词。
3. 学生能够将有关五官的核心词汇和句型He has...在合理的情境中运用，并自编自演故事对话。
二、教学重难点
重点：
1. 能够正确辨识、认读字母i的发音，并能自行拼读相关单词kite，bike等。
2. 能够理解掌握核心句型：He has big/small teeth.
难点：学生能够将所学的词汇和句型在合理的情境中运用，自编自演故事对话。

Part A
I. Warm-up
Listen and enjoy
教师播放儿歌，让学生欣赏儿歌，并尝试跟随节奏唱出儿歌。
I like my bike.
Mike likes his kite.
My bike is nice.
Mike’s kite is high.
设计意图：通过儿歌活跃课堂气氛，激发学生兴趣，引出语音学习的内容。
II. Presentation
1. Listen and answer
教师播放Learn the sounds的歌谣录音，并出示图片，学生听并回答问题。
(1) Who is he （PPT中圈出图片中人物）
He is Mike.
(2) What does he like
He likes his kite.
(3) Look at his kite, it is high.
设计意图：通过听音回答问题，可以帮助学生理解歌谣，同时锻炼学生听音提取关键信息的能力。
2. Listen and answer
教师播放Learn the sounds的歌谣录音，并出示图片，学生听并回答问题。
(1) What does he like
He likes his bike.
(2) What does he think of his bike
He thinks his bike is nice.
设计意图：通过听音回答问题，可以帮助学生理解歌谣，同时锻炼学生听音提取关键信息的能力。
3. Follow the tape
教师播放Learn the sounds部分录音，学生听并模仿其发音跟读。

4. Look, read and mark
教师出示录音原文，让学生朗读，并标红“i”，引导学生读出标红的单词。

1. Look and learn
教师播放Learn the sounds的单词录音i (kite, bike)，学生模仿跟读并学习。
设计意图：通过跟读感受字母i在开音节单词中的发音，同时图文结合更好的进行学习理解词汇。
2. Try to spell
尝试拼读。教师PPT出示一些含有i字母开音节的单词，学生进行拼读。
Nike，pie，life，wife，knife，rice，tide，five，bride，idea等。
设计意图：通过拼读活动，再次巩固学生对i字母开音节发音的掌握。
3. Read and sort
教师出示单词big以及lion，并出示字母i的开音节及闭音节单词，让学生读一读并分类。
开音节：hi, wise, bite, bike, like, Mike.
闭音节：sit, hit, swim, fit.
设计意图：通过读一读分类的活动，再次考察学生对字母i的开音节与闭音节的掌握情况。

教师分别出示狮子和老鼠的图片，提问学生What is it

8. Follow the tape

1. Role play
学生三人一组，表演故事。分别饰演Narrator, The lion, The mouse.

2. True or false
教师出示判断题，学生根据文章来判断正误。
The lion doesn’t need the mouse’s help.
The lion is caught by a net.
The mouse uses its sharp teeth to save the lion.
The mouse and the lion become friends.

3. Retell the story
教师依次出示五幅图片，以及图片的关键词，学生根据图片和关键词复述故事。

IV. Production
Make a dialogue
情景对话。学生两人一组，给每幅图片加上狮子与小老鼠的对话，之后进行表演。
设计意图：通过展开想象图中的动物会有怎样的对话，可以帮助学生培养语言运用能力，同时更好的熟悉核心句型的运用，同时激发学生的想象创造能力，激发学生兴趣。
V. Homework
1. 三人一组，加上对话，合作改编表演Enjoy a story故事。
2. 朗读并复习i的发音及相关单词。
