教学课时：第二课时
教学内容：Listen and say ， Point and say, Sing a song
教学目标
知识目标：1.有关五官和头发的单词。
2.核心句型My…is/are…
语言技能：能用I’m ...My.. is/are ...介绍自己的五官等外貌特征。
情感态度：培养学生运用所学英语进行交际的意识和勇气；开展各种游戏活动，激发学生的兴趣，帮助学生达成词汇学习的目标。
教学重难点
教学重点：
1.词汇：hair, eye, ear, nose, mouth, face, big, small, long, short,
2.句型：My.. is/are ...
教学难点：在My.. is/are ...句型中正确运用名词单复数和形容词。
教学过程
Step1：Warm up
1. 欣赏本单元的歌曲，先听后跟着唱。
【设计意图】：通过问答复习形容词和医学的句型。播放歌曲让学生初步感知本单元将要学习的有关五官和头发的词汇。
2.Touch game
Step2：Presentation
1. 呈现人物Kitty和Peter图片，播放Listen and say的录音，让学生感知今天要学的主要内容。
2. 呈现Look and learn 女孩的头像，引出新授单词，学生集体跟说。
T ：Look, this is a girl. She is beautiful. This is her face. Face, face.
S: Face, face.（在黑板上贴出单词卡片face）
同法学习其它词汇hair, eye, ear, nose, mouth。在黑板上贴出相应的单词卡片。
3. 呈现课件图片，教师示范拓展描述用语，并鼓励学生参与描述：如big nose, small nose/ big eyes, small eyes/long hair, short hair/ long face, short face。
4. 继续呈现上个环节的图片，鼓励学生使用句子描述,以填空形式出现： 如My nose is (big/ small). My face is (long/ short). My eyes are (big/ small). My ears are (big/ small).
5.说儿歌。教师先示范，再请学生说说。（将名词卡片和形容词卡片结合起来使用）
Short, short, short. My nose is short.
Long, long, long. My hair is long.
Big,big,big. My eyes are big.
Small,small,small. My ears are small.
Step3：新课学习
1. 播放Listen and say的录音，学生静听录音。
2. 再播放Listen and say的录音，学生跟读。
3. 教师教学生读一读。
4. 让女生读Kitty 的描述，男生读Peter的描述。
5. 以填空形式呈现Listen and say的文字描述，鼓励学生将句子补充完整。
（1） Look, this is me.
I’m thin.
My hair is _____. ( long / short)
My _____ are small. ( ears / eyes)
(2) Look, this is me.
I’m short.
My hair _____ short. ( is / are)
My ______is big. (mouth/ eye)
6. 学生自由朗读Listen and say的内容。
7. 抽查学生朗读情况。分组读，个别读。
Step4：巩固练习
Point and say (介绍自己)
先让学生看书上的Point and say的文字描述，集体读一读。 再让学生练习描述自己。过两分钟后检查描述情况。对于描述的很流畅的给予贴画奖励。
Homework：
1．听本课的录音并跟读五遍。
2．熟练地背诵本课的Listen and say的内容。
3．利用照片向朋友介绍自己的五官和外貌。
