一、教材分析

二、学生分析
五年级的学生已正式学习英语有两年,已对英语有一定的积累,掌握一些学习方法,有一定的自主学习能力。在四年级上册Unit 8 Helping at Home学习了关于做家务的单词词组,为本课的学习打下了基础。本节课的重难点是学生能够讲述妈妈生日的内容,讨论送特别的生日礼物给妈妈背后的意义、以及讨论家中谁做家务的问题,引导学生一步一步讨论并回答开放性问题,并从中培养学生的思维品质(侧重批判性和广阔性)。
