作为五年级上学期的学生对食物类名词并不陌生, 学生对食物类知识非常熟悉而且学习兴趣非常高。

① 要能正确区分清楚食物的单复数形式;
②肉类食物属于不可数名词,不可数名词都看作单数,在本课用一般现在时描述食物特征时,要能正确使用动词的第三人称单数形式。

⑴借助一组美味食品学习delicious, fresh, 重点关注单词中元音字母的发音,
⑵呈现一组甜品图片学习sweet;通过呈现咸鸭蛋图片学习salty,
⑷呈现两组图片:以个胖子坐在一堆汉堡、薯条的餐桌旁,一个身材匀称的人在蛋、奶、蔬菜水果的餐桌旁,通过对比学习单词 healthy, 注意th的发音。(此时情感引导,多吃健康食品,不吃
或少吃垃圾食品。)

⑴ Lead in: 今天我们来观摩一个厨艺大赛,首先让我们认识一下主持人Mr. Host和大赛的评委,他们分别是Mrs Look, Mr. Smell, Miss taste.(分别给出眼睛、鼻子、舌头的卡通图片), 学习单词smell , taste,给出smell 中e的发音/e/, taste中e的发音/ei/.
⑵There are four cooks: Ted, Bob, Pam, Dick. They cook four dishes(菜). Which cook cooks well Who is the winner (PPT呈现)
Mrs Look, Mr. Smell, Miss Taste(出场): We are judges, we will try four dishes. Here we go.
First, Ted’s dish: chicken
Mr. Host ask:What do you think of the chicken,ladies and gentleman (板书What do you think of the… )
