学习内容 Around the city
学情分析 五年级学生学习兴趣浓厚,但基础有些薄弱,尤其是在听力和口语方面。学习英语有较好的学习习惯(例如:课前的针对性预习)。学生在课堂上比较沉稳,英语思维较活跃,从刚开始听不懂英语到听懂一些课堂用语,从刚开始的不敢开口到慢慢敢于开口、乐于用英语交流,孩子们在不断地进步。在情境教学的氛围中,他们能更加真实、贴切的运用语言,并且善于在合作学习中互相指正,互相学习,共同提升。
学习目标 知识技能目标 听懂、会说和会认读单词post office, along, turn, left, right ,between, flower shop, hospital, toy shop。会在情景中使用句型Walk along.... Turn left at Spring Street. I can see the … on my….
能力策略目标 ⑴在感知、体验、实践、参与和合作的过程中,获得学习英语的积极情感,形成基础的口语交际能力。⑵培养观察能力和知识迁移的能力。⑶学习与生活实际结合,培养学生自主学习的能力。
情感态度目标 培养乐于用英语交际的兴趣。培养学习英语的求知欲和运用英语的积极情感。明白“乐于助人也是一种幸福”的道理。

整体设计思路 情境导学、任务驱动。由易到难,生动有趣,层层递进,升华主题。本课通过 “Rabbit Dance”进行热身,并且让学生提前感知left和right这两个方位词。然后,通过喜羊羊迷路遇到困难呈现情景。整节课在情境中展开,孩子们在帮助喜羊羊和Kitty的同时,学习重点和难点也在此过程中轻松突破;最后通过讨论并适当渗透德育教育。

Assessment对学生整堂课的表现进行评价:Who is today’s good helper 在上课刚开始,对学生进行分组,并通过个人表现和小组活动表现,评价哪个小组是今天的好帮手。Happiness lies in helping others!启发学生:得到帮助是快乐的,应该感谢,但同时当别人有了困难时候,我们要怎么办呢,就像喜羊羊和灰太狼一样,热心帮助别人也是快乐,让生活充满爱和帮助,感恩生活,享受生活。 以《兔子舞》作为热身,主要旨在让学生在热身和活动的同时感知left 和right这两个方位词。既活跃气氛,激发兴趣,提升自信,又为新课学习做好铺垫。 创设情景,引导学生进入情景,在情景中用英语思考,并试着提出解决问题的方法,充分体现了学生学习的主体地位。 任务一呈现四个动作,旨在让学生通过联想说出花店、玩具店和邮局这三个词汇。花店和玩具店是合成词,学生们通过以前的知识可以做到迁移,邮局在前面一课的音标知识学习中遇到到,可以刺激其回忆。而hospital一词稍有难度,所以主要运用音标的方法引导其学习。任务二旨在让学生小组合作,为喜羊羊指明路线。在描绘的过程中,会遇到英语表达方面的困难,然后在适当点拨教学,引导学生学会问路日常用语,并可以在情景中加以运用。通过帮助喜羊羊完成任务,学生们基本掌握了问路和指路的英语日常用语。在此基础上,回归课文,明确Kitty的路线,并通过练习巩固问路指路。听音排序是为了让学生理清脉络,了解课文内容。Ask and answer也是为了更好地了解课文其他细节。Read and say是为了让学生明白问路应该用什么句子,并且通过练习来进一步练习。引导学生先在真实情境中运用所学知识来解决课文中的困难和问题(多媒体课件的适时运用可以形象生动的突破难点词汇)
