Ⅱ. Presentation
1. New words
Learn the names of the TV shows.
Show some new words and phrases on the screen.

Read the new words to students and ask them to repeat.

Focus on 1a in the book, match the TV shows with the pictures,and do a TV-show game.
3.Listening(1b).
Play the recording for the first time, Ss listen and number the shows1-4. Play the recording again, Ss fill in the blanks.
4.Make a conversation.
Enable the Ss to understand and use the feelings of faces to show their preferences, and talk about their own opinions about the TV shows.
5.Work on 1c.(pairwork).
1. Lead Ss to read the conversation in the box.
2. Then let Ss make their own conversation using the shows and expressions in the box.
3. Let some pairs ask and answer about the shows.
4. Practice the conversation with their partner. Then let some pairs to act out the conversation.
6.Do a survey.（groupwork）.
Show a TV program schedule, imagine they are going to watch TV tomorrow. Have Ss work in three to disscuss what TV programs you or they want to watch and give their opinions.
