Teaching contents: 《Going to school》 Module 1 Unit2 of 5A.It includes two parts: Listen and say, Look and learn.
Teaching objectives:
1. Aims on the knowledge:
To enable the Ss to understand and speak: How do you come to school I come to school on foot, by car, by bus and by bike. Make sure that the Ss can use these sentences in real situations.
2. Aims on the abilities.
(1) To develop the Ss’ abilities of listening and speaking.
(2) To train the Ss’ ability of working in groups.
(3) To foster the Ss’ abilities of communication and their innovation.
3. Aims on the emotion.
(1)To foster the Ss’consciousness of good co-operation and proper competition.
(2) To make the Ss cherish the happy life now.
Key-points and difficult points:

To help Ss ask and answer the question: How do you come to school
Difficult points: Make sure they can use the sentences in real situations.
Teaching and learning methods:
To make the Ss take part in class, ask and answer in pairs and in groups . I’ll use communicative method, discussing method and seeing and hearing method to teach this lesson .
Teaching aids:
In order to interest the students attention.I’ll use some cards, some pictures and multi-media as my teaching aids .
Teaching procedures:
Step1 lead-in
Pre-task preparations
1 Get the Ss enjoy and sing the song《This is the way》.
Ss: This is the way I wash my face, wash my face, wash my face.
This is the way I wash my face so early in the morning.

2 Show the word cards of vehicles, the Ss can do the actions follow the teacher.

1 Show the picture of the teacher’s school ,get the Ss have a guess and present the new patterns。
