教材分析
本课教学内容是英语三年级起点五年级上册 Module3 Unit8 的第一课时，主要教授关于远足活动及风景单词。通过一系列问答和对话表演让学生们感受到远足活动的乐趣，欣赏自然风光的美丽。通过本课学习，让学生热爱自然风光，养成爱护环境的好习惯，并在遇到困难时与他人互相帮助。
学情分析
五年级学生已经有了一定量英语词汇和句子的积累，可以阅读语篇，理解语篇蕴含的深意。通过本节的学习，学生会进一步掌握英语语篇阅读的方法，提高阅读能力和效率。该年级的学生对英语学习依然保持着较高的热情。乐于用英语进行交流，乐于去用英语学习并表达生活中语言。本节课，我在教学活动上设计了猜词游戏和小歌谣环节，意在激发学生热情。与此同时，我也没有忽略学困生的存在，在教学环节上，由浅入深，让他们通过本节课的学习，能有一定的收获。
教学目标
1. 认知目标：能掌握本课的四会单词及句型：hill, lake, map, at the top of, look down; What are you doing I’m reading the map.并能在语境中正确运用。2. 能力目标：能用What are you doing？并对正在进行的事进行询问，并能够表演寻宝的小故事。3. 情感目标：让学生热爱自然风光，养成爱护环境的好习惯，并在遇到困难时与他人互相帮助。
教学重点及难点
重点：本课的四会单词及句型。难点：1.理解look down, look up, look at 的区别。 2.理解整篇寻宝故事并表演
