Greeting and Warming-up
What’s your favorite food Look at the pictures and read the words to review the words.
Lead-in
What’s this It’s a pyramid. It’s a food pyramid. It has six groups. Bread, Noodles & Rice Group、 Fruit Group、Vegetables Group、Meat, Fish, Dry beans & Eggs Group、Milk & Cheese Group、Fats, Oils & Sweets

Listen and Write
Listen and fill in the blanks. Check the answer.
四、 Read and Write
Students read the story and finish exercise 1. Teacher share students’ answers and ask them where can you find the answer. many kinds of / How much/ ideas lots of= a lot of = plenty of be bad for…(对…无益) be good for…(对…有益)
五、 Let’s read
Students read the story after teacher. Then groups read it. Four people a group read it. Two people a group read it. Invite students to put the food into the food pyramid.
