教学目标：（一）知识与技能目标： 1. 在恰当语境下能听懂，会说询问首都伦敦及英国的地理方位的日常用语Where is London？Where is the U.K.？及其答语It’s here, in the U.K. It’s in Europe. 并能在实际情境中运用。 2. 能听懂、会说、朗读和书写the U.K. clock, river 等词汇，并能认读，理解，会用London，Europe等，并能简单描述。3. 知道伦敦的Big Ben，the Thames （扩充：Tower Bridge，London Eye… 等标志性建筑 ）4. 能正确流利地朗读课文，理解对话内容，会表演对话。（二）过程与方法目标： 1. 通过复习7大洲、复习美国、加拿大，介绍英国引出本课课文对话。2. 通过自然拼读法学会本课的四会单词。3. 通过表演的形式巩固所学课文对话。4. 通过学生做海报，让学生能综合运用语言，总结英国伦敦。（三）情感态度价值观目标:了解英国伦敦的首都、位置、母语及著名景点。教学重点：1. 用“Where is … It’s in … .”的句型就城市与国家、国家与所在大洲的关系进行交流。2. 对表示洲、国家和城市的词理解、认读和记忆。3. 让学生会运用所学，总结英国伦敦。教学难点：1. Europe的理解和发音，the Thames的发音。2. 让学生会运用所学语言，总结英国伦敦。
教学过程
（一）Warming up
活动1：教师呈现世界地图，和学生一起复习七大洲的名称,并让学生粘出7大洲的位置再复习上节课所学美国、加拿大相关信息。并圈出美国、加拿大并介绍。再做guessing game。
活动目标：复习7大洲和上节课所学美国、加拿大相关信息。
实施方法及师生预设语言：
T：Let’s review 7 continents
S: ...
T：Good! Let’s do a group work. Please cut down the name and stick them on the paper. Then say the name in your group,
S: Do it.
T: Who wants to show your map
S: Show.
T: Please circle Canada and the U.S.A. （T在大纸上示范）Now, the 1st to the 4th group please take out your America envelope. The 5th to the 7th group please take out your Canada envelope. First, stick the flag、the name. And write the key words on the paper. And stick it on the wall. At last, you will talk to your partners. Use these key words to make a paragraph. I will make an example.（教师先在自己纸上贴出美国国旗capital等词，再去帮助学生）Ok, do the group work.

引出本课所要学习的内容。
（二） Presentation and practice
活动1：学习课文对话1
学习目标：通过观察图片、听录音，回答问题，理解课文内容。
实施方法及师生预设语言：
(1) 观察对话情境。引导学生对对话内容进行猜测，
T: Today let’s visit a country.
Where are they
S: They are in London.
T: Why do you think they are in London 如果学生说不出来，教师圈出图中伦敦塔桥带读。
(2) 初听理解对话
T: What are they talking about
S: May be the U.K.
T: Where is London ——板书
S:回答。 It’s here，in the U. K.
T：Where is the U. K？
S: It’s in Europe.——学习Europe，带读，板书
T: Every group leader can circle the U.K. in your map.都圈完T再圈并说The U.K. is in Europe.
(3) 听录音模仿跟读
T: Let’s read by the tape. Once again. Do the pair work
设计意图：通过观察图片、听录音，回答问题，培养学生良好的听的习惯，让
学生能通过听捕捉录音中的主旨信息，同时提高学生听、说的能力。
活动2：角色扮演
活动目标：巩固所学课文
实施方法及师生预设语言：

设计意图： 通过角色扮演， 巩固所学课文内容，同时，激发学生学习的兴趣。
活动3：学习课文对话2
活动目标：让学生充分理解、掌握本课课文的内容。
实施方法及师生预设语言：
(1) 观察图中人物
T: What famous places can you see
S: London eye.（学生说不出，教师说）
T: Listen, What do they see
S: 听录音，回答。 Big Ben. The Thames.
T: Let’s listen again. What’s the details about Big Ben

T: 如果学生说不出来就让他们open the book, find the answer.出示图片，让学生明白long, wide的意思
(2) 跟读。
T: Let’s read by the tape. Once again. Do the pair work
教师反复播放对话录音，进行跟读练习，学生重点模仿录音中的语音、语调以及重音的变化。
设计意图：通过听录音，回答问题，培养学生良好的听的习惯，让学生能通过听捕捉录音中的主旨信息，同时提高学生听、说的能力。
活动4：角色扮演
活动目标：巩固所学课文
实施方法及师生预设语言：

设计意图： 通过角色扮演，巩固所学课文内容，同时，激发学生学习的兴趣。
（三） Production
活动1： 创编海报How much do you know about ...
活动目标：能运用所学语言对英国进行总结。
根据课文内容对英国信息进行汇总，教师给一些语言支撑。
教师先带着学生总结英国，一边总结一边贴。再让学生做。
T: Now, let’s make a poster of the U.K.. Every group please take out your U.K. envelope. And stick the flag and the name. Write the key words on the paper. Then, stick the paper on the wall. At last, you will talk to your partners. Use these key words to make a paragraph. Ok, do the group work.
