Holly was the manager. She was a very kind person. Soon we became friends. She told me the customer was our true boss. And she taught me to be very polite, responsible(有责任心的)and helpful to our customers. She always helped me without any exception.
Two years later, I finished my study and found a better job in another city. That meant I had to say goodbye to my job and my dear workmates. On the day of leaving,Holly and I cried. We promised each other to keep in touch.Ten years has passed since then. I am glad we still call each other once a month.

While COVID-19 has kept people from traveling afar, people can have another choice: micro-tourism, or mini-vacations.
Micro-tourism means a short trip during which people drive two or three hours to a nearby place and spend two or three days. Instead of making a careful plan and preparing a lot of money, micro-tourism allows people to be more flexible(灵活的)and is less expensive.
Micro-tourism began catching on seven or eight years ago, but it has been increasingly popular. More and more Chinese people choose to take short trips instead because of COVID-19.
Mark Hou is one of them. He used to enjoy taking long trips abroad or leaving Beijing to see places of interest in other Chinese cities, but now he has to make a change. That doesn't mean Hou has lost fun during his short trips. Hou likes to invite three or four friends and drive to Beijing's suburbs (郊区) on weekends. Sometimes they just travel around the mountains or parks. When they feel tired, they put up a tent to rest and have a picnic.
Many cities also create more choices for tourists. For example,Shanghai introduces a number of micro-tourism products for half-day and one-day tours. “With these programs, young tourists no longer look forward to going far away, but are ready to find new ways to experience their cities," Feng Rao, head of Mafengwo Tourism Research Center, told People’s Daily.
Travel doesn't mean you need to go far away to find a resting place for your heart. That’s also the mission(使命)of the micro-tourism.

Do you find it hard to relax at the end of a long day If so,you can improve the situation. The following four pieces of advice will help you relax before you go to bed.
Develop specific bedtime
Most people live a regular (规律的) life. They go to work, eat lunch and dinner at the same time. When you always go to bed and wake up at the same time, you program your internal clock (生物钟) to shut down your busy brain and wake up at a given time.
Start counting sheep seriously
There is a good reason the sheep counting works to help you go to sleep. What you are actually doing is dropping stressful thoughts by taking a boring mental (精神的) exercise. You can finish the same by thinking of things whose names start with each letter of the 26 English letters. Your brain only centers on one thing at a time; it will help you a lot.
Enjoy a daily moment of thanks
Right before you go to bed, think about all the reasons you have to be thankful. It is hard to be stressful when you realize you have so many things to be thankful for. Doing this right before bed puts good thoughts in your nighttime brain.
Free your bedroom
The place where you sleep should have the fewest things. This is especially true about the iPad, the mobile phone and so on. As you are preparing for bed, your mind will take in all of the things in your environment. This can influence your ability to fall asleep. So leave your iPad on mobile phone outside your bedroom.
( )52.What does the writer think of the sheep counting as mental exercise
A. Uncertain. B. Useful.

( )53.From the last paragraph, what can you infer as to the things in your bedroom
