Five kinds of sentence structures
英语的简单句有五种基本句型：
1.主＋谓；
2.主＋谓＋宾；
3.主＋系＋表；
4.主＋谓＋间宾＋直宾；
5.主＋谓＋直宾＋宾补。
掌握这五种基本句型，是掌握各种英语

We can add an adverbial to each of the above five main structures. We use an adverbial to show when, where or how an action is done.

宾补和间接宾语的区别
大部分双宾语结构中，动词带有“给予”的含义，称为施予性动词，给予就一定有给予的去向，去向一般有介词结构"to sb."来表示，双宾语可以用二个宾语前后换位，并加上"to sb."换个表示方法而意义不变，比如，give me the book 可以换成givethe book to me.
但带宾补的结构就不能这样换位，即便宾补是名词也不行，比如we make him ourmonitor 中 our monitor 这个宾补就不能象双宾语结构一样换位成 we make ourmonitor to him,换位后意义完全不通。
