Yesterday was Show and Tell Day at Daniel’s school.
Daniel was the first student to speak. He showed his
classmates an old stamp.
“My father gave me this first stamp,” said Daniel.
“It has a picture of an old Chinese stone bridge on it.
This made me more interested in Chinese culture. Soon
I started to look for more stamps with interesting pictures.”
“Now I have over 100 stamps,” said Daniel. “I learnt a lot about our country and its great culture from the stamps! Collecting stamps is really educational.”
“That was a great talk. Thank you, Daniel,” said the teacher.

Do you like Chinese Seal Seal plays an important role in Chinese culture, which has been used for official and private purpose(目的)in the past 3,000 years. The earliest example of seal came from the Shang Dynasty (1600 B.C.100 B.C.)ruins at Anyang. In ancient China, the receipt(获得)of the seal meant the conferral(赐予)of the Mandate(委任)of Heaven. The seal was regarded as the symbol of power.

Seals can be divided into three categories, the imperial seals. the official seals and the private seals according to their usage. Different dynasties have different styles of seals, including the inscription, design and so on.
If you like collecting something traditional in China, seal is really a good choice.
