With the development of technology, more and more students prefer to using the electronic dictionary to replace the paper dictionary. Some students is in favor of the idea of using the electronic dictionary. They find it more convenient to look up for the words in the electronic dictionary than in the paper dictionary. Thus, it can save many time for them. Meanwhile, they think the electronic dictionary had many other functions. However, the English teachers hold total different views. They consider the electronic dictionary provides limiting explanations when the paper dictionary gives the students detailed examples. Every coin has two side. We should use their advantages. When we learn English, we should use the paper dictionary. For travelling, we maybe take electronic dictionary.

On previous birthdays, my family would give me gifts but invite me to eat outside. I thought there would be no different this year. I went home after school as usual. But when I stepped into the house, I was heard “Surprise! Happy Birthday!” All of my family and friends were there. My mom brought a birthday cake making by herself. I wouldn't forget that moments. I was extremely happily and almost cried. My father promised to take care the street cat I had mentioned.
It is the best birthday gift we have ever had. My father's birthday was coming. I'm planning to make the wonderful birthday party for him.

Last year, I went to the British high school as an exchange student. In fact, the classes in the UK are different from that in China. I found maths quite easily there because the maths teach materials are less advanced in the UK. However, learning in English was a great challenge for me. I couldn’t fully contribute the class discussion. Fortunate, my teachers and classmates were helpful, from which gave me much encouragement. After schools, I joined several clubs. The one that attract me most was the Rugby Club when I was there. Now, I’m glad to having the experience.

Journey to the West is an incredible story setting in the Tang Dynasty. When opened the book, you will find a fascinated story unfolding(展开) before your eyes. Tangseng and his three companions made the long and tough journey westwards. During the journey, the Monkey King fought boldly whenever difficulties emerge, whose bravery and determination helped go through a large quantity of adventurous experience eventually. It was not until they overcame all the difficulties when they successfully attained the scriptures (经文), which could benefit to the ordinary people.
So appealing is the story that it is acknowledged as a classic by our Chinese, I am firmly convinced that you will be carried away by plenty of dramatic plots in this book.
