Describe, ourselves, myself, personal, yourself, else, anything, unique, talents, strength, think of … as …, think about.
2. Key sentences:
We are describing ourselves in a report.
And I think of myself as a good person.
But I don’t know how to say those things in a report.

Enable the students to talk about themselves.

Get the students to talk about themselves and find out why they are unique.

A tape-recorder, some slides, a multiple-media computer and a projector.

Step I. Lead in & speaking
Lead in ( ask & answer )
Look at some pictures and ask the following question:
What is he /she good at
T: Great! Now, it’s your turn. why this person is unique What is he /she good at
After asking, ask students to describe themselves.
Step II . Learing
First, show the teaching aims to students.
Second, Learn new words by matching.
Step III . Listening
Get the students to listen to the passage and get some basic information by filling the blanks.
Step IV. Reading
1. Ask the students to read the passage, and then write T or F.
2. Explain some important language points to help them better understand the passage.
