Protect Ourselves from the Flu
The COVID-19 influences our daily life and health. What’s worse, it can even kill some people. So, what can we do to protect ourselves from the flu First, don’t be afraid of the terrible disease. We should have enough sleep and try to take more exercise. Second, we should clean our room every day and open the windows often. We must wash our hands often. Third, in public, we shouldn’t spit or throw litter around. Last, we need to drink more water, never or seldom eat junk food but eat more vegetables and fruit.
If we have a fever or a cough, we must go to the doctors as soon as possible.
If we do like that, we’ll have a happy and healthy life
