the Reading the Mind in the Eyes test
眼神读心测试
First developed by Professor Simon Baron-Cohen at the University of Cambridge and published in 1997, the Reading the Mind in the Eyes test does pretty much what it says on the label: It measures how well you’re able to determine what’s going on in someone’s head by what you see in their eyes.
剑桥大学的西蒙·巴伦·科恩教授最早开发了眼神读心测试,并于1997年发表。“眼神读心”测试与字面意思所说的差不多:它测试的是你通过别人的眼神来判断他们脑子里所想的能力。

After determining that the original test suffered from some psychometric (心理测量的) problems — for example, offering only two possible answers for each question, which put a great deal of the results in the hands of chance — Baron-Cohen and his colleagues revised it, and in 2001, they published a newer version.

Event Introduction
Event Introduction
Recently, Watsons launched the promotion activity of "one cent to buy facial mask" on the Meituan platform, but a large number of consumers who successfully placed orders were told that they were out of stock when picking up the goods. However, when consumers went to the brand live broadcast room to report that they could not pick up the goods and expressed their dissatisfaction to the anchor, the anchor ridiculed the consumers who were like "mad dogs" and "beggars" for a penny, and blackmailed them, which angered the consumers involved and then launched a collective complaint.
Event Introduction
Late at night on the 14th, Watsons issued an apology statement, saying that it would take replenishment to fulfill the remaining orders. As for the improper remarks made by the host of the live broadcast room, the statement said that the host was a member of a third-party organization. Watsons will deeply reflect on and strengthen the training and supervision of all the company's personnel and third-party cooperation personnel.
Event Introduction
Watsons is an international retail and food manufacturing organization under Changjiang Hutchison Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiang Hutchison"), which is based in Hong Kong. Its business covers health care and beauty care, advanced perfume and cosmetics, food electronics, foreign wine, beverage manufacturing, etc. It is the largest retail chain store of health care and beauty products in China. In 1989, Watsons opened its first store in the mainland in Beijing. Now Watsons has spread over nearly 500 cities in the mainland, with more than 4000 stores.
PR Analysis
PR Analysis
The anchorman publicly insulted consumers on the occasion of "trying to pull them up and bite people like mad dogs". It was in Watsons' live studio in China. She was "carrying goods" for Watsons. She said something to hurt people. How could Watsons shrug their shoulders and shake their palms
It is obvious that Watsons has the responsibility to restrict the rules of the anchors involved, remind her to be kind to users, and have the right to ask her to abide by the law. Just imagine that if the host involved is morally corrupt, Watsons would not destroy himself by using such a host to "bring goods"
PR Analysis
Some netizens said that they could not accept an apology. They thought that if the anchor spoke in Watsons' live broadcast room, he must represent Watsons at the moment. Some netizens said that "Watsons is not a consumer who steals or robs" in response to the speaker's swearing, and they did not understand why it was necessary to swear.
PR Analysis
In the comments on the apologizing Weibo, some consumers expressed their doubts about Watsons' attitude and solutions, "The first time is to engage in posting, and the fourth day is to respond ", He also expressed his apology that the statement that "a part of the consumers were cashed in first when there were goods" was inconsistent with the actual situation that "the store did not give goods".
In addition, it is understood that the deadline for the exchange code of the facial mask promotion activity is January 18, and the netizen proposed "how to solve the problem if the contract is not fulfilled within the time limit". At present, Watsons has no response to this.
