In order to get away from the junk food, we should focus on how to keep a healthy lifestyle. There are many tips to follow. First, eat regularly. We should eat three meals a day on time. Second, eat as few snacks or as little fast food as possible. Eat more fruit and vegetables that can provide the nutrition we need. What’s more, we should do more outdoor activities. As long as you are busy with something interesting you will more probably get away from junk food.
In a word, a healthy diet with less junk food can make us stronger and stronger.

This book many tells us what healthy diet is. Healthy diet is actually eating various kinds of food that do good to our body. We choose to eat in a healthy way, because it plays an important part in developing good living habit. What's more, eating in a healthy way also means living a happy life. In this book, it is strongly recommended that we should have more fruit and vegetables and food cooked with less salt and sugar. As far as I am concerned, it would be a good idea if we don't eat junk food too often. Besides, I advise people to do sports regularly so that it benefits our health, too.
