The panda comes from China, and it is the favourite of people all over the world. It is black and white. It has two big black eyes and a fat body. It lives in the forest ([ f r st]森林) and it is good at climbing([kla m]爬) trees. It likes eating bamboo, and it can eat about 30 kilos of bamboo a day.
Now there are only about 1,800 pandas in China, so we should protect ([pr tekt]保护) them and love them. Animals live with us like family. We should be friends. Remember: To love animals is to love ourselves.
