1. Chinese people have been celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival and enjoying mooncakes for centuries.

【解读】 这是一个现在完成进行时的句子。现在完成进行时由“have / has + been +现在分词”构成,表示一段时间里一直在进行的动作,这动作可能仍在进行,也可能已停止。
e.g. He has been doing this work for three years.
这工作他已干了三年了。
I have been looking forward to meeting you.
我一直盼望见你。
2. They carry people’s wishes to the families they love and miss.

【解读】
①miss动词,意为“思念, 想念”。
e.g. I m sure that everybody will miss him.
我相信每个人都会想念他的。
②miss作动词,还可表示“错过” 后接名词、代词或动词-ing形式作宾语。
e.g. Don t miss our bargain offer!
本店大减价,勿失良机!
I missed taking part in the sports meeting.

e.g. Whoever comes, tell him to go away.
不管谁来,都叫他走。
【注意】这类从句中应用一般现在时表将来,从句中也常用情态动词 may/might.

e.g. Give this book to whoever likes it.
谁喜欢这本书就给谁吧。
e.g. Whoever (=No matter who)you are, you can’t pass this way.

2.Hou Yi was so sad that he called out her name to the moon every night.

【解读】call out 意为“呼唤;大声呼叫”。

一、宾语从句的引导词
【注意】
e.g. 1.I hear (that) he will be back in an hour.
2.He said (that) he missed us very much.
1.由从属连词that引导的宾语从句
that 在句中无词汇意义,在从句中不能充当成分,在口语当中往往省略。
a. 在主+谓+it(形式宾语)+宾补+that 从句(真正宾语) 的句型中不省略。
e.g. We must make it clear that we mean what we say.
b. 由连词and连接的两个由that引导的宾语从句中,第二个that 不省略。
e.g. He told me (that) he would come and that he would come on time.
c.当that作介词except, in等的宾语时,不省略。
e.g. They believe in that she must still be single.
I know nothing about him except that he is living in Beijing.
e.g. I want to know if/whether she is right.
They didn’t know whether Tom could come back or not.
【解读】if/whether 引导宾语从句 表示“是否”;
if/whether可互换, 但whether…or not为固定搭配。
2.由从属连词 whether, if 引导的宾语从句
如果宾语从句为否定句时,则只用if不用whether。
只用if不用whether的情况
1. 当whether后紧跟or not时;
2. 介词后面的宾语从句;
3.在强调任意选择时,用whether…or;
4. 引导宾语从句,但为了强调宾语部分,把从句放在句首时;
5. 句中有if 引导的条件句,用whether引导宾语从句表示“是否”;
6. 容易产生歧义时用whether来表示“是否”;

二、宾语从句的时态
1.当主句是一般现在时,宾语从句的时态不作限制,我们可以根据句子的
意思来使用需要的任何一种时态。

2.当主句是一般过去时的时候,宾语从句必须运用相应的过去的某一种时态,
从而达到主句和从句的相互一致。

3. 当宾语从句说明的是客观存在的事实或者是客观存在的真理时,
就不用受到主句时态的限制,仍是用一般现在时态。
三、宾语从句的语序
Danny says that he will learn English.

无论主句是陈述句还是疑问句,宾语从句都是运用陈述句的语序,
即是“主语在前,谓语在后”的顺序。
