三、重要句型
1.Is that Su Hai 你是苏海吗？
这是打电话用语，说全了就是Is that Su Hai speaking 打电话时问，你是某某人吗？要说Is that …(speaking) 千万不要说成Are you… 同样，回答时也不能说I’m …,而要说This is…(speaking). this和that两者相对，正好表示通电话的这头和那头的人。如果直接询问你是谁啊？怎么说呢？能说Who are you 吗？肯定不对，要说Who’s that (speaking) 或Who’s speaking 明白了吗？
2.Are you free now
你现在有空吗？be free 有空的，free 的反义词是busy.
3.What are you doing I’m/We’re doing housework.你（们）正在干什么？我（们）正在做家务
这是现在进行时询问第二人称的特殊疑问句，表示正在进行或正在发生的动作或状态，特别要注意的是它的结构be+v-ing, 这两者一个都不能少。
相应的询问第三人称、第一人称的句子及其答句分别是What is he/she/it…doing He’s/She’s/It’s….他/她/它正在干什么？他/她/它正在……。What am I doing You’re….我正在干什么？你正在……。请注意划横线的部分要和倾斜的部分相搭配。
4.Can you come and help me with my Maths 你能过来帮助我学习数学吗？
help…with…表示“帮助某人做某事”， help with…表示“帮助做某事”。
5.How about this afternoon 今天下午如何？
How/What about… 这是表示询问别人意见、建议的句子，语气比较婉转，后面可以接名词、代词、动词等，不过要注意的是当后面接动词时要用动词的-ing形式。如：
How about you 你呢？
How about some apples 吃点苹果怎么样？
How about going to the park 去公园怎么样？
四、语法要点
本单元的主要语法是现在进行时，描述当前正在发生的事件或正在进行的动作。
1. 现在进行时的基本结构为：主语 + be 动词 (am，is，are）+ 动词ing 形式。
（1）肯定句：be(am, is ,are)+v-ing.
I am sweeping the floor. =I’m sweeping the floor. 我正在扫地。
（2）否定句：be动词后面加上not.
I am not sweeping the floor. = I’m not sweeping the floor. 我不在扫地。
（3）一般疑问句：把be动词提到句首, 有的要做相应的变化。
I’m sweeping the floor.→ Are you sweeping the floor 你在扫地吗？
（4）特殊疑问句：疑问词+一般疑问句。
I’m sweeping the floor.（对划线部分提问）→ What are you doing 你在干什么？
I’m sweeping the floor.（对划线部分提问）→ What are you sweeping 你在干什么？
I’m sweeping the floor.（对划线部分提问）→ Who is sweeping the floor 你在干什么？
2. 动词现在分词的构成有：
(1）在原单词后直接加ing 如：sleeping，ringing，sweeping.
(2）以不发音的e结尾的动词，先去e再加ing，如：making，riding，skating.
(3）以重读闭音节结尾的动词，如果末尾只有一个辅音字母，就先双写这个字母，再加ing，如：sitting，putting, getting, running，beginning, shopping, stopping, swimming, jogging.

三、重要句型
