Step 3 Summary
In this period, we’ve learnt how to talk about some rules at school. First we learnt some rules by showing some pictures. Through learning the rules, we mastered the use of imperative sentences and the modal verb can, which are a little difficult for students. Then we did a passing game to consolidate the sentence patterns: We can’t … Don’t … Finally, a competition between students to make class rules gives students a chance to use the patterns just learnt.
