一般过去时
一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态,动词的形式为动词过去式。
例如:
I stayed at home with your grandma.
We drank tea in the afternoon and watched TV.

last +night /week/month/year,
several days/ three years…+ ago,
in +年份/月份 (in 1990/in July)

主语+be过去式形式+其他.
例如:
It was good.
My parents were very happy.

主语+动词过去式形式+其他.
例如:

一般过去时动词规则变化
1.一般情况下,加ed
2.以e结尾加d
3.辅音元辅结尾的重读闭音节词,先双写这个辅音字母,再加ed .

当我们对两个人或事物进行比较时,通常要用到比较级。常用句型如下:

eg. I am taller than Tom.
My dress is more beautiful than hers.
表示三者或三者以上(人或事物) 的比较,用最高级。最高级前要加the
eg. Tom is the strongest in his class.

形容词和副词比较级和最高级规则变化:
1、一般在词尾加er或est。
2、以不发音的字母e结尾,加r,st。
3、以辅元辅结尾的重读闭音节,双写结尾辅音字母,再加er,est。
4、以辅音字母加y结尾的,改y为i,再加er,est。
5、多音节和部分双音节词在词前加more,most。
形容词和副词比较级和最高级不规则变化:
