Step1. Warm-up
Boys and girls,we know we have many rules at school or at home.Why Because there is a saying,”No any orders without laws and rules”.Now today we will learn Unit4. In Unit4, we will talk about rules.
Step2. Presentation
1. Show some traffic signs,Ask:Do you know these signs (look at PPT)
Do we have rules at school What are they
2. Teacher show the pictures and ask students to say the rules.
1. Don’t eat in class.
2. Don’t listen to music in class.
3. Don’t arrive late for class.
4. Don’t run in the hallways.
5. Don’t fight.
Then practice these Imperative Sentences.
Step3.1a Ask students to write the numbers of rules next to the students.
Step4.1b Listening practice
Listening to the tape carefully,What rules are the students breaking Write the numbers after the names. Then check the answers.
