一、教材分析
Module 4的主要话题是Foods and drinks。其内容生活化，日常使用率高，语言交际性较强，是学生感兴趣的生活话题。U7主要是学习如何询问他人想喝什么、点餐、报价等；单词主要以饮料及量词为主。主要让学生学会用一般将来时态描述自己的假期旅游计划。U8是以第三方口吻叙述的小故事，当中包含有对话，并出现重点日常用语：You worry too much. Let’s have both.U8共有27个生词，单词量较多，并且词形结构较复杂，学生学起来会有一定难度。为了让学生能更好地掌握本Module的重点内容，教师将采用听、说、玩、演、唱等多种方式，激发学生学习英语的兴趣和愿望，通过小组合作、探究学习，培养学生运用英语展示与本话题相关的交际能力。
二、学情分析
五年级的学生经过了三年的英语学习，同学们对英语学习的兴趣较高，形成良好的英语学习习惯，初步具有英语自主学习的能力，个别学生自学能力强。虽然本模块的单词、句型是一个全新的、较陌生的语言知识，但都是日常生活常见常用的内容，五年级学生学习这些内容难度不算太大，但在语言交际中能熟练运用这些内容可能会存有一定的困难。因此，在教学过程中，教师应创设丰富的语言情景，让学生用所学的语言知识来完成贴近生活的真实任务，培养学生学以致用的意识和运用英语进行交际的能力，提高学生综合运用语言的能力。 三、单元总目标
（一）语言知识与技能目标
1、语音：能正确流利地朗读课文；知道tle, ble, ple, dle等成节音在单词中的发音。
2、词汇：能“四会”掌握下列单词：drink, uh, coffee, tea, cup, a cup of , milk, something, cold, hot, coke, sure, bottle, a bottle of , juice, glass, can, ask, both, should, shouldn’t=should not, rice, dumpling, noodle, enjoy, bread, sandwich, hamburger, chips, worry, starter, tomato, egg, soup, main, main course, meat, vegetable, potato, dessert, hope,
everyone, chocolate, start .
3、句型：能正确理解和使用下列句型和日常用语： 1) What do you want to eat / drink for breakfast / lunch / dinner 2) Do you want ... or ... 3) Can I have…, please 4) What should we ...
5) I hope everyone does something.
6) I / You / We worry too much. 7) Let’s have both.
4、课文对话：能理解和正确流利地有感情地朗读课文。 5、能听懂或读懂与课文难度相当的有关本模块话题的文段。 6、能就准备食物提出自己的建议。
（三）学习策略目标
1）学会借助已学phonics语音知识拼读单词。
2）在学习中集中注意力。
3）在课堂交流中注意倾听、积极思考。 （四）情感态度目标
1）学生养成学习英语的愿望和兴趣，乐于参与各种英语实践活动的习惯；
2）学生能在小组活动中积极与他人合作、互相帮助，共同完成学习任务； 3）学生树立学好英语的自信心，敢于用英语进行表达。 （五）文化意识目标

一、教学内容：Unit8 Let’s have both Let’s read 二、教学目标：
（一）语言知识与技能目标 1.能“三会”掌握Unit 8的单词。
2. 能初步理解并简单操练句型：
What should we have for starters/ the main course/dessert ... We can have .... 3. 能初步理解短文，并用正确的语音语调朗读课文。 （二）学习策略目标
1.学会在小组中合作学习，积极与他人共同完成学习任务。
2.培养学生学会把所学的知识进行归纳、对比，从而达到能够正确运用的目的。 （三）情感态度目标
通过谈论食物，让学生能养成良好的饮食习惯，拒绝垃圾食品。 （四）文化意识目标
通过学习让学生了解中西方饮食文化

(一)Warming-up and Revision
