教学目标分析
1.知识目标(1)学生能熟练掌握以下词汇及短语 : dumpling, green tea, onion, fish, porridge, pancake(2)学生能熟练运用目标语言谈论自己喜欢或不喜欢的食物: I like…,…and…. I don’t like …, … or…(3)学生能够运用所学,学会向餐馆订购食物。2.技能目标(1)重点培养良好的听说能力。 听:培养学生听的策略,能在听前作预测,听时注意关键信息,听后能够听写听力内容。 说:学生能够运用委婉语气“would like”谈论自己喜欢的食物,并能在真实的情境中运用目标语言进行日常交流。(2)通过创设情景,培养学生的交际能力以及综合运用语言的能力。3.情感目标(1)让学生学会选择食物,并且多吃健康食品,保持身体健康。(3)创设真实情景,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生积极主动的学习精神。(4)通过小组间良性的竞争与合作,培养团结协作的精神。

教学重点:重点单词及短语dumpling, green tea, onion, fish, porridge, pancake重点句型I like…,…and…./I don’t like …, … or… 教学难点:如何创设情景,让学生学会在真实的情境中运用目标语言进行日常交流。
教学过程设计
Step 1 Preparation ( 3 minutes)Ask students to enjoy a short video “A Bite of China: Xiangyang’s beef noodles”设计意图:视频导入,激发学生学习热情,唤起学生对家乡牛肉面的共鸣。Step 2 Presentation and practice ( 15 minutes)1.先询问学生喜欢吃什么样的食物,再以教师自己为例,喜欢吃饺子,从而引出新词dumpling。2.结合PPT图片,通过教师提问,学生回答的方式将之前所学与本节课新知识结合起来。Teacher: What kind of dumplings would you like Students: I’d like…Teacher: What size would you like Students: I’d like a small/medium/large bowl of…Teacher: Would you like some fish/pancakes/porridge… Students: Yes, please./No, thanks.Teacher: Would you like some drinks Students: Yes, I’d like…设计意图:通过已学过的句型呈现出本课重点词汇onion, porridge, fish, pancakes.同时进一步复习巩固所学句型,为后面的听力进行铺垫。3.Memory and PK game. Can you remember the food and drinks we have learned Boys PK Girls.设计意图:采取竞赛的方式,调动学生学习积极性,并鼓励全体学生积极参与到课堂活动中来,同时加强巩固所学单词。Step 3 Practice ( 12 minutes)Work on 1a.Match the words with the pictures.Talking. (Work on 1b)Ask students to talk about the food they like and they don’t like.让学生学会使用“and” “or”表达自己喜欢和不喜欢的食物。Pair-work and give a report.先让学生以小组形式,运用所学句型讨论自己喜欢或不喜欢的食物,再选派学生代表以“report”形式说出小组成员喜欢或不喜欢的食物,操练单三形式。Step 4 Production ( 11 minutes)1. Before-listening: 创设语境,告诉同学们,如果想订购这家饺子店的美味食物,可拨打电话点餐。此时 插入电话铃声,再次加强语境的创设,“Listen, the phone is ringing. Maybe someone wants to order the food. Let’s listen, what food would he like ”从而自然引出听力内容。2.
