一.教学内容分析:
Section A(2a----3a) 是unit8的第二课时,主要学习介词短语并能在听力中听出介词短语,学会运用!通过对话来进行课堂教学和语言实践。在学习第二课时先复习巩固上一课时的重点词汇以及there be 句型。这样更加容易地使学生掌握本课时Grammar Focus中的句子。掌握词汇,学生熟练运用介词短语表达具体位置。通过运用简单的问路和引路的交际用语,学会合作,培养乐于助人的精神。
二、教学目标
1.知识目标:
1) 能掌握以下单词:across from, in front of, behind, in, on, under, near, next to between…and, town, north…
2) 能掌握以下句型:Key sentences: the sentences in Grammar Focus…
①Where’s the hotel It’s behind the police station.
②Where are the pay phone They’re between the police station and the library…
2. 能力目标:
①掌握词汇,学生熟练运用介词短语表达具体位置
②简单的问路和引路的交际用语。
3.情感目标:通过运用简单的问路和引路的交际用语,学会合作,培养乐于助人的精神。
4、教学重点、难点
1.教学重点:Where引导的特殊疑问句以及能用这些介词短语across from, in front of, behind, in, on, under, near, next to between…and.…进行回答,能听懂这些介词短语,学会运用;掌握好语法点的句子。
2.教学难点:1. How to use the prepositions.
2. Ask for and give directions on the street.

Step2: Revision 1. Revise some nouns about some buildings by showing some pictures.(post office, park, pay phone, street, hotel, restaurant, bank, police station)2. Revise the structure of there be : Is there a/an… Yes, there is. There is a.. / No, there isn’t. There isn’t a…(以地图向学生展示there be肯定句,否定句以及一般疑问句的用法,巩固上节课所学内容。) 复习第一课时所教的重点单词和there be句型
Step3: Learn the new wordsFinish2a 1.
