知识与技能：知识目标：熟练掌握有关描述人的外貌的词汇：curly,straight,tall,medium,height,thin,heavy.掌握描述人的外貌的句型： A：What does he look like B:He is tall,and he has curly hair.技能目标：能够询问并简单描述人的外貌特征。过程与方法：以学生为中心的任务型教学，利用学生感兴趣的人物导入新课的学习。通过话题操练、游戏等活动，让学生参与到整个课堂的学习过程中。通过听说训练，学生能听懂描述人的外貌特征的会话，最终能学以致用。情感态度价值观：让学生学会友好、客观地描述人的形象。
二、教学重点及难点
重点：有关外貌描述的词汇及相关句型。难点：运用句型描述人物外貌时需分清何时用is,何时用has.
