I 知识目标:
1. 掌握单词:handsome, actor, actress, person,glasses。
2. 句型: 巩固并能熟练运用Grammar Focus中的所有句型。
3. 语法：理解在描述人的外貌时，be 和have\has 的区别，并能灵活运用。
II.能力目标:
1. 提高听读能力。
2. 能抓住人物的主要特征来描述人物的外貌。
3. 能概括人物的外貌特征并根据人物特征推理出人物。
4. 能书面介绍自己喜爱的宠物的特征。
【过程与方法 】
1. 学生对本课词汇已有过初步了解，但对句型掌握还不够扎实，本课将通过观察总结，让学生从本质上掌握句型特点，并通过大量新鲜有趣的任务活动来多角度，全方位练习目标语言。
2. 给学生提供自主学习、同伴交流、小组讨论、合作分工等多种学习方式来提高自己的学习效率，培养自己的学习能力。
【情感态度与文化意识】
1. 愿意积极利用信息手段进行学习。
2. 教育学生学习明星乐于助人的优秀品质。
【学情分析】
这个年龄段的学生好奇心强，但稳定性差。长时间不变的学习节奏不适合他们的心理认知特征。网络、微信、面对面的交流，多维度多变化的学习方式更受欢迎。
本课利用学生喜欢追星的特点，围绕“找出乐于助人的明星（一些明星去做慈善，帮助别人，但又不想被太多人知道，那这些明星是谁呢？）”这个主任务，展开教学，让学生通过“了解明星”、“选明星”、“猜明星”、“找明星”、“读明星介绍”等任务，一步步找出这些明星。这既可以给学生提供练台，又会激发学生的兴趣。
【教学重、难点】
1． 理解在描述人的外貌时，be 和have\has 的区别，并能灵活运用。
2． 能抓住人物的主要特征，对其进行描述。

Activity 1Know about stars 1.Let the students talk about the pictures by using the sentences in Grammar Focus.2 Get the students to read the the sentences in Grammar Focus.3 Get the students to do some exercise then check together. 1. Talk about pictures in pairs like this:-- What does she look like -- She is tall and she is fat --- Does she have straight hair or curly hair. --- Straight hair2.Read and sum up the use of “be” 、have\has.” and the feature of alternative question.3 Do some exercise 通过讨论明星长相，练习巩固目标语言，并对后面的“选明星”任务作出铺垫。让学生自己总结be 动词、have\has 的用法，选择疑问句的特点，并加以练习以帮助学生理清在描述人物外貌时be ，have\has的区别,选择疑问句的特点及答语。
Activity 2Choose the star Get the students to read and choose. Read the dialogue, finish it, then choose the star that the dialogue mentions 以“选明星”为话题，将3b改编成描述明星的对话，既练习了课本中原有内容又增加了学生的阅读兴趣。
Activity 3Guess the star Play a guessing game Guess with the alternative questions 用“猜明星”这一游戏形式练习选择疑问句，让学生在游戏中掌握目标语言。
Activity 4Find the star Play a vedio in English Watch a vedio , and find the person who was talked. 播放生活中真实的和描述人物外貌相关的视频，让学生在真实语境中体验目标语的同时，巩固目标语。
Activity 5Read“ the star” Give students two tasks about acotrs and actresses 1.The students read different passages, every student read one then match it with the right picture.2.All the students stand in the front of the classroom to read as many passages as they can within the given time so that they can find the helpful stars. 通过让学生完成两个连续的任务以增加对目标语言的语篇输入量，为下一环节的语篇输出做铺垫。
此外,让学生站到教室前面和侧面读有关明星的信息,让学生有了到名人展馆的感觉,让学生带着极大的阅读兴趣去完成阅读任务。
Activity 6Design for stars Ask students to design pets for stars. Design pets for stars in groups, send the picuture into the Wechat group by phone, then introduce them in front of the whole class. 通过运用微信等媒体手段，让学生设计、描述慈善宠物，既能巩固提升目标语言的运用，又能激发学生的学习兴趣、拓宽学生的学习思维。
