【教学设计理念】依据《新课标》的要求,从学生的学习兴趣、生活体验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方法和任务型的教学途径。
【教材内容分析】本单元以“学校旅行”为主题,以同学之间谈论各自的游览经历为背景,展开多种形式的语言训练活动,目的是让学生逐步学会运用一般过去时态叙述和询问过去的活动经历。本单元是学生第一次接触一般过去时态,本节课是第二课时教学,学生通过前一节课的学习,已经对一般过去时态的意义和结构有了初步的认识和运用,并也已经操练了过去情景下的由行为动词及be动词构成的陈述句、一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。但若要学生熟练的在生活和情景中使用各种句式,必须引导学生思考总结两类动词所构成的句式的差异及应该注意的问题,并进行反复操练。所以本节课在继续巩固练习之前的动词短语的同时,重点之一是明确各种句式的差异。而另一个重点就是动词过去式的正确形式。所以我将通过设计小组合作探究、观察发现、分形式抢答等活动,让学生掌握本课的两大重点。
【学生情况分析】1、七年级学生在求知欲和表现欲上,优于八、九年级,他们的兴趣和积极性很容易被调动起来,所以我不脱离“学校旅行”的背景,整堂课以“欣赏旅行相册——谈论旅行时的照片——想带他们去旅行——最后周游航拍中国”为主线,逐步完成任务的同时,一直带给他们不同的视听享受和活动奖励刺激,目的在于保持他们的学习热情,提高听课效率。2、一般过去时态既是本册重点,又是整个初中阶段的语法重点和难点。所以对于刚接触它的七年级学生来说,不通过大量的反复练习,是没办法自如应用的。而填鸭式的硬性灌输作用微乎其微。所以我在解决重难点时,注重以学生自主学习为主,采用分组合作探究的方式,由学生交流、讨论、概况、练习本课重点,最后实现难点的突破。
【Teaching Objectives】Knowledge targets1).Words:yesterday, practice other past forms of the verbs: did, was, were, had, visited, bought, went…2).Review the phrases: went fishing, fed chickens, rode a horse, went for a walk, climbed the mountains…3).Main sentences:--How was your school trip -- It was great.--Were the strawberries good --Yes,they were./No,they weren't.--Did Helen milk a cow --Yes, she did. 2、Ability targets: Be able to talk about the activities in the past by different structures. Be able to use the past forms correctly.3、Emotional targets:Love to go on a trip, enjoy life and love our country.【Important points】1.The past form of the verbs.2.The structures in the Simple Past Tense.【Difficult points】Can describe the activities in the Simple Past Tense.【Learning strategies】Reflecting and practicing【Teaching methods】Task-based language teaching, Group cooperation , Independent exploration and Situational teaching method.

Step1 Greeting and presentation Say “Good morning” to each other, then present the title and learning objects 互相问候,集中注意力;呈现目标,使教与学具有明确的指向性。
Step 2 Leading in T: I have some photos on my trip ,do you want to see Ss:Yes.T: But when you watch them, please find out the answers to these questions, OK 播放自制音乐相册,展示自己的旅途留念,并提出三个问题。一用小视频激发学生的学习兴趣;二边听边说,切入主题。
Step3 Presentation and practice T: I showed you my photos just now, can you show your photos on your trip to me Students take out their photos, and I pick up one of them to talk with the owner according to the stuctures on the screen. Then ask other students to talk with their partners about their photos like us. And some pairs act. 借助大家拿来的照片,进入过去的一次旅行情景之中。练习巩固上节课的目标语,实现语言的输出,并为下一步合作探究做好铺垫。
Step 4 Pre-task 1、T: Your photos are so beautiful, I believe you love your trip ,yes Ss: Yes.T: Me, too. I love trip very much. So this class, I’ll take you to go on a trip all over China, do you want to go Ss: Yes.2、T: OK. But before that ,we must complete some tasks. We have six tasks first, and the six planes means the six tasks. Every group leader , stand up please, and choose your plane. Group one, which plane do you like ...3、Six groups choose their own tasks, complete them and discuss, then report.4、Lead the students to find out the signs of the time in each sentences, and distinguish the two kinds of verbs. 使用动画路径效果,让飞机周游全国,开启本节的任务之旅。继续抓紧学生的注意力,引出即将开展的任务。一架飞机代表一项任务。不离旅行主线,各组自由选择。并再次使用动画路径,吸引学生的眼球。小组合作完成各自任务并分别汇报。发挥生生间的相互交流、协作功能。引导学生找出六个句子的时间标志,感知时态。发现前三句与后三句的动词的性质的不同,逐步向主动思考靠近。
Step 5 Whi-task Task 1 T: Different kinds of verbs have different structures. Let’s sum up them.T guides the students to think about the different structures according to the mind map, and they can have a discussion about that then report. 利用思维导图,小组合作探究两类动词构成的各种句式。体现学生的主体地位,提高其主动思考和自学能力。
Task 2T:When we talk about the activities in the past ,we usually use the past forms of verbs. How many past verbs are there in English Too many. But we can divide them into two kinds---regular verbs and irregular verbs. Ask the students to sum up the rules of the regular verbs according to the example words.Say and spell the past forms of the irregular verbs by the students.Memorize the verbs for one minute. 分别展示规则动词和不规则动词的过去式。规则动词的变化规则由生根据所给例词自行概括,目的在于提高其分析、概括和思维能力。不规则动词都是前一课时涉及过的重点词汇,生能共同合作说出正确的过去式,特别展示并复习。使用计时器,规范计时。
Step 6 Pos-task Consolidate the past verbsT flashes some original verbs and ask the students to rush to answer the past forms in different ways. If she or he is right ,give her or him a candy.Consolidation exerciseT: You did very well, you are so cleaver. So can you help my friend Jim He is in trouble now.Guide the students to complete the letter to practice the two important points.Make up a storyMake up a story in their groups. Each student writes a sentence according to the story Bill made.Then ask them to report one by one in their groups. 抢答是为了巩固对过去式的记忆及调动学生的积极性,锻炼学生的反应能力和注意力的集中程度;而分三种形式抢答又可弥补只有积极性高的学生参与的不足,拓宽考察范围、提高准确率。创设情境对本课两个重点进行巩固练习。书写和语言双向输出,既巩固练习重点句式,又为Section B 的基础写作奠定基础。小组合作完成,有利于强化生的责任感,提高学习兴趣和创造思维能力,增强团队合作意识。
