一、教学目标:

(1)能用所学的知识谈论天气情况;
(2)描述人们正在进行的活动;
(3)能用更丰富的语言问候
3. 情感态度价值观目标:
(1) 了解世界各地不同天气及人们进行的不同活动,感受地域差异;
(2)家人朋友对于我们的重要性,多于家人及朋友保持联系。
二、教学重难点
1. 教学重点:

2. 教学难点:
运用目标语言来对天气进行问答,并且会问答其他人正在进行的活动。
三、教学过程
Ⅰ. Warming-up and Lead in
Play a guessing game. show some covered pictures about weather, then ask the students to guess.
Ⅱ. Presentation
Show a picture of two boys are talking on the phone. (T: Do you want to know what they are talking about )
Ⅲ. Listening
Ask Ss to listen to the conversation and answer the questions:
① What's Steve doing
② Who does Steve want to speak to
Then check the answers together.
Ⅳ. 2d Role-play the conversation
Show the conversation and learn the new words
Ask the students to read the conversation freely then chose some students to role play the conversation or make a new conversation.
Ⅴ.Consolidation fill in the blanks

B: Sorry Anna isn’t at home now.
